The damaged product (defective item) was delivered, and I requested a refund with attached photos and evidence. However, according to AliExpress policy, free returns are limited to 10 times, and it was immediately concluded as a self-return.
I think it's like giving a buyer a self-return shipping fee bomb as a gift without receiving a refund.
